The Medford Housing Authority (MHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from licensed contractors for a multi-year service contract to provide on-call routine and emergency HVAC maintenance and repair services at five (5) affordable housing developments owned and operated by MHA in the City of Medford, Massachusetts. The contract documents have been prepared by MHA, and the procurement will be conducted in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder offering the lowest price. The estimated cost is $65,000.00 annually. The contract shall be for three (3) years.
